• Portosystemic shunt
• Hepatic encephalopathy
• Copper storage disease

Not recommended in cases of: Hepatic lipidosis without hepatic encephalopathy*
• Acute hepatitis without hepatic encephalopathy
• Growth, gestation and lactation.    

*In these cases the recommended diets are GASTROINTESTINAL or RECOVERY

ROYAL CANIN® HEPATIC loaf is a complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated to support liver function in the case of chronic liver insufficiency and for the reduction of copper in the liver. High quality protein. Moderate level of protein. High level of essential fatty acids and highly digestible carbohydrates. Restricted level of copper. RECOMMENDATIONS : It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.

Composition: Poultry by-products*, rice**, maize grits, maize flour**, sunflower oil refined, powdercellulose, minerals, fish oil, dried beet pulp, fructooligosaccharides, marigold extract (source of lutein). *Protein sources.
